There is a buzz is that Hot actress Nayantara has refused to act in Kadal directed by Manirathnam. Actor Karthik’s son Gowtham is donning the lead role while actress Radha’s daughter Thulasi is pairing with him. Arjun and Aravind Swamy is also donning important roles in this film.
The shooting of Kadal is going on in top gear in the coastal areas of Rameswaram. It is understood that Manirathnam has approached Nayanthara to pair with Arjun.It was expected that she will give her nod since it was Manirathnam’s film but after an intensive deliberation, she refused to act. There is also news that Arjun is donning the villain role in Kadal. Nayanthara is currently busily acting with big heroes including Ajith.
Nayanthara has felt that if she donned character roles, her market will be affected and hence she has neglected Manirathnam’s film.
