Producer-director Naveen Kalyan now claiming that his title Damarukam has been taken away by famous production house RR Movie Makers for their movie with superstar Nagarjuna and Anushka directed by Srinivas reddy.
Kalyan says he has approached the courts, but the production house has unleashed a publicity blitz. “This is a hijacked title. I registered this title in 2008 and began shooting in 2011 and completed 60 per cent. I had to take a break since I was hospitalised after an accident.
“I will even sue the AP Film Chamber for not taking action against them,” says the producer-director, claiming that he has spent around Rs 60 lakh for the film.
