‘Gabbar Singh’ producer Bandla Ganesh’s car hits a villager resulting in tension in the area. The incident happened when Ganesh along with his family was returning after a function at Guntur. When they arrived at Agapally, Manchala Mandal on Wednesday night, the car hit a mutton shop injuring Narsoji (45). Angry locals came in huge numbers and dragged Ganesh and started hitting him. While Ganesh says his driver was driving the car and after accident he ran away, eyewitness says Ganesh himself drove the car in drunken condition. Ganesh gave Rs 25lakhs to the injured person who was treated at a nearby hospital. Even Ganesh was given treatment for his injuries. CI Ramkumar said cases were booked on Ganesh’s driver and also on people who injured Ganesh.
