All those whi know Prabhu Deva personally swear that he is a kind and generous human being. This was proved when he helped the family of a former assistant of his who passed away. Chandrasekhar had assisted Prabhu Deva while he was making Pokkiri. A sudden illness claimed his life and Prabhu Deva was very upset when he heard the news.
The dancer/actor/director was out of the country when he heard the news, so he called a common friend, writer Prabhakar and asked him to give Rs. One Lakh to the grieving family in his name. It was a nice gesture on his part.
