Samantha can smile at last

Samantha finally has some reason to smile after losing out on 2 big projects, Mani Ratnam's Kadal and Shankar's I. Her Telugu - Tamil bilingual with blockbuster director S.S.Rajamouli has struck gold at the box-office. While the Tamil version Naan Ee is ruling the boxoffice since the past week in Tamil Nadu, the Telugu version has been declared a superhit not only in Andhra but also across the country and in overseas markets as well. 

Samantha is very happy regarding this and has profusely thanked her director Rajamouli for the visual extravaganza that he has delivered. The VFX and CGI have come in for much praise from critics and fans alike. For the first time, a housefly has wowed everyone across all age groups.

An extra reason for Samantha's sense of happiness is the fact that Naan Ee is her first hit in Tamil after 2 flops in Moscowin Kavery and Baana Kathadi. As we know, Samantha's home town is Chennai and her luck has changed for the better with the box-office result of Naan Ee. The Chennai girl is on seventh heaven understandably. Hope she gets the cream of the offers after unfortunately missing out on 2 plum projects.
