The work connected with Biryani , a bilingual film which has Karthi in the lead role has begun. Initially Richa was supposed to pair with Karthi. Now Venkat Prabhu has casted Anushka instead of Richa.It is understood that Anushka has been paid a salary of Rs 65 Lakhs to act in this film. Anushka is currently donning the female lead role in the film Thandavam, Damarukam and Singam 2. Thandavam will be hitting the screens on 28th of this month. Telugu film offers also are being heaped on her. She has temporarily stopped acting in Telugu films since she is busy in Tamil films.
