Samantha has become  a lucky muscot to tollywood. She grabed the offers with top actors and top directors of  Telugu and Tamil Industries.  Now the latests news in the film circles is that she’s going to pair up with Power star Pawan Kalyan in Trivikram Srinivas’ upcoming film. In the past, Ileana was said to be under consideration for this film; however, it’s almost confirmed now that Samantha will play the lead role in the film. But we need to wait to see whether Sam can adjust her dates or not?This crazy project will go on floors from November.

BVSN Prasad is going to produce the film and this untitled film might go on floors in November this year. Devi Sri Prasad is going to score the music.

CGR makers to release 2nd trailer

Pawan Kalyan ,Tamannah starrer Cameraman Ganga tho Rambabu post production is progressing at a rapid pace. Pawan Kalyan has been dubbing non-stop for the movie for the last couple of days as just 3 weeks left for release. The movie is set to release on October 18th, has generated great pre-release buzz. The recently released trailers of the film have generated unprecedented hits online.

The filmmakers meanwhile are planning to release a second trailer soon to keep the buzz surrounding the film going. The movie’s audio launch was a low key affair so the filmmakers are keen on maintaining the pre-release hype through trailers and massive pre-release publicity.

‘SHIVA THANDAVAM’ postponed

‘Shiva Thandavam’ which was supposed to be released on 28th of this month postponed to 5th October.The movie casts Vikram, Jagapathi Babu, Anushka, Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai.The sources say that, The reason fot it to get postponed is because the movie is not a straight telugu film. A couple of producers of Tollywood claimed that it is dubbed movie as the movie was shot in Tamil only ,so, the Producers of telugu version have to complete some formalities as it is now considered as dubbed film.Finally, it will release on 5th October.

Pawan Kalyan’ CGR record price in TN

Powerstar Pawn Kalyan latest movie Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu is bagged at a record price for Tamilnadu. Pawan Kalyan’s eagerly awaited film Cameraman Ganga Tho Ram Babu, Tamil Nadu rights snapped by Abirami Mega Mall, for a record price of 50 lakhs . This is the highest ever till now for a Telugu film.The much hyped film female lead is Tamannah and Directed by Puri Jagannadh. Audio released today in Market and  will be released October 18th.

‘IDDARU AMMAYILATHO’ Allu Arjun postponed

Dont get excited seeing the title. It is just the title of Allu Arjun and Puri Jagannath’s upcoming movie. The shooting was supposed to start Mid-September but it got postponed to October due to some reasons. The film has Amala Paul and Tapsee Pannu has the female leads. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. Bandla Ganesh who had a huge hit with ‘Gabbar Singh’ is producin this film. So, we are waiting to see Puri and Arjun’s once again after ‘Desamuduru’.

‘KEVVU KEKA’ from 3rd October

Everyone must be thinking, what’s this? ‘Kevvu Keka’ which song will start from 3rd October? Before you people think ,lets clear that it the title of Allari Naresh’s new flick. The shooting of the film will start from 3rd October. The film is said to be a full on entertaining.Devi Prasad of ‘Blade Babji’ fame is directing the film and Boppanna Chandrasekhar is producing the film under Jhanavi Productions.Bhims, Raj and Chinni Raj are composing the tunes for the film.

Baadshah out of pongal race

Young tiger Jr NTR’s  action entertainer film “Baadshah” release date has been postponed to March 2013 from Pongal 2013. Originally the movie was slated for Sankranti (January 11, 2013) release, now it will be pushed for March.The reason for postponing the movie is, the shooting schedules of the film might go further to complete the entire shooting of the film.Baadshah already created sensation with its teaser  over net for  last two days.  This teaser created a very positive buzz  from every corner.Female lead is Kajal Agarwal and  Directed by Srinu Vitla.

Lawrence and Lakshmi Rai one more song in Kanchana 3D

The 3D trend has picked up in south India. First it was Sivaji in 3D recently and now we are hearing that one of last year’s surprise hits ‘Kaanchana’ is soon to go 3D as well.Famous producer Bellamkonda Suresh is backing the project that involves converting the entire original footage into 3D format. He admits that it is indeed a long and painstaking process and would take almost 6 months before it is complete. As a value-add the re-release will feature a brand new song with Raghava Lawerence and Lakshmi Rai. The comedy-horror that was memorable for casting Sarath Kumar in a bold role will be delivered in Tamil and Telugu under the 3D format.

As we reported earlier, Bollywood was bowled over by ‘Kaanchana’ and Sanjay Dutt had reportedly agreed to reprise Sarath Kumar’s role. It will be interesting to see if they will shoot the film in 3D at one go.

Rey back in Hyderabad

Sai Dharam Tej, nephew of Megastar came back to Hyderabad after finishing long  schedule for ‘Rey’ in North America. YVS Chowdary was directing this movie which was shot for almost three months in New York, San Fransisco, Las Vegas and Trinidad & Tobago.

‘Rey’ is a musical film, in which the hero based out of Caribbean, fights it out his way up. Sai Dharam Tej and Saiyami Kher will be seen as professional dancers while Shraddha Das will play a pop diva. Chakri is composing the music for this musical entertainer.The film had an interesting tagline ‘Shout for Success’. The first half of the film will take place in West Indies while the second half will be in US backdrop. Chakri is composing the music for this film, which is slated for release at the end of this year. YVS Chowdary is producing this musical entertainer on Bommarillu banner.

Kanchana in 3D

Now a days many films are converting into 3D format. Rajanikanth’s  ‘Sivaji’ was converted in 3D format, now Lawrence’s horror flick ‘Kanchana’ is all set to release in 3D version very soon. CG work has already started to convert the film into 3D format.

Producer Bellamkonda Suresh speaking to the media said that there is great scope for a horror film to be converted into 3D due to the fear factor. ‘Kanchana’ fared well at the Box Office when it released and Bellamkonda Suresh is expecting the 3D version to be a good success as well.  SS Thaman composed music for this film. Sarathkumar, Kovai Sarala played crucial roles in the film.

Vamsi Paidipalli to direct Mahesh babu

As we all know, Mahesh Babu is currently busy with ‘Seethamma vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ and a movie with Sukumar. But the latest news is that Mahesh has agreed to do a film with Vamsi Paidipalli.The movie may start once they both complete their current movies.The official announcement of the movie will be made soon.
