Nithya Menon made her comeback with Ishq and has now agreed to do a special appearance in a Siddharth-Samantha romantic comedy directed by Nandini Reddy of Alamodalaindi fame. It’s probably the first time that Nithya is doing a special cameo. Producer Bellamkonda Suresh was keen on having the Malayali beauty and had to persuade her till she finally agreed.
